I decided this morning for no walks and just do Yoga in the morning and evening. I successfully did that this morning but I was itching for a walk so I took a 1.2 mile walk tonight (should not have done that)

Starting tomorrow will be Yoga (or some mobility routine) only in morning and evening. My hips need a break. The tightness on my right side is really starting to bug me.
