How does Brae build muscle with Calisthenics

I was recommend this video in the YouTube algorithm. This guy Brae puts in some serious calisthenics reps 7 days a week. Here is what he does:

  • 50 pullups or chinups
  • 120 pushups
  • 150 squats
  • 40 dips
  • various shoulder excercises

I really need to get a set of BaseBloks dip bars.
