Morning Yoga with Rhi Rhi – Twisted Flow

I’m feeling a better in hips and all areas over all. I still miss the morning and evening walks. I’m going to start them back up on Monday and then start the Fuel series by Caroline Girvan.

This morning’s yoga session was the Twisted Flow via Rhi Rhi’s Yoga Channel. My weight is maintaining and I was 183.6 lbs this morning. I think i’ll bump up a tad tomorrow as I’ve been eating some peanuts for a snack tonight.

I’ve also finished uploading all my previous videos to YouTube and made a post for each one. And now for today’s video:
