I tried a walk last night and it was too much. Going to aim to not do any walks rest of the week and only do Yoga type videos in the morning and the evening.
I signed up for a 7 day trial of DDP Yoga. This morning I did the video “Fire Power” from Warriors Purpose. It was a medium difficulty and I felt great. Haven’t picked tomorrow’s yet.
This evening I did some hip focus from DDP and then one of my fav hip opener videos from Anita Goa. I’ll make a separate post linking that one.
