Yoga for the Morning and Evening

I’m still on my “break” from walking to give my body a rest, mainly my hips. This morning I did another DDP Yoga session and then this evening I did a Yoga video from Rhi Rhi Yoga. I’ll make a follow up post.

I like doing the Yoga but I really miss my morning and evening walks. During my walks I get inspiration from being zoned into various podcasts.
