I left home for Florida Jan 9th. I was 197lbs
I returned Jan 26th and I weighed in 195.5
That means at least I was able to counteract all the crap food I was eating with the team for the first week during the next week and getting my daily workouts in.
Last week while working at the PGA show I did not get any dumbbell workouts in but we were definitely working hard. I did not eat a bunch of crap food and kept my diet in check.
It was nice to see a drop in weight.
Monday morning the 29th I start my drive to Austin TX and gone for the next week. I’m brining the dumbbells for a workout on Tuesday night and Thursday night at a minimum. I did get a workout in today.
