I haven’t gotten into a groove yet for posting the updates here and writing more content than just the video. I am back dating this post to Oct 10 when the video was shot but I am writing this out on 10/12/2022 at 11:00am EST
Day 6 was Quads focused and it was a good workout. I was challenged but I didn’t feel I could not complete this workout. I was happy the Bulgarian lunges were body weight only. Those are rough for me when I add weight to them.
This morning I weight in at 183.6 lbs. Over the weekend I weighed in both days at 182.2 lbs my lowest recorded weight on this journey. I did even sneak in a few home made rice crispy treats.
