I woke up this morning at 198. I’ve been eating xmas cookies all week and had some smore tonight.
I did a 30 min dumbell work out yesterday. Today I walked 2 miles and then another 30 minute dumbell work out.
Tomorrow I’ll create a post about my new work out I’ll do for the next 6-8 weeks. Or longer if I decide to progress up in weights
