This morning I was feeling really tight in my right knee. This was probably due to the heavy DDP yoga session working the hips, knees and low back last night. I followed another yoga video from Rhi Rhi called Funky Flow. This releaved most of the tightness in the knee. Tonight I’m going to take it easy and maybe skip all exercise until Monday.
On deck for Monday will beginning the Fuel Series by Caroline Girvan. I will most likely start also with a short walk in the morning and then finish off the day with a walk in the evening. I want to push strong all the way to my goal date of November 12.
